Old bannedips.csv in Downloads

Hello there :-) I'd like to ask whether you are planning any update for bannedips.csv at your Downloads section. It seems to be quite old, because I can't find there for example IP '62.77.121.120' while this IP is listed 4 times in SFS database with one record older than a year.

Or is there some frequency limit that must be reached for IP to be added into bannedips.csv?

you need to download the .zip file. There isnt a csv.  I removed the zip file and generated a new one but failing that, Ill need to look into it more

the csv format is for IPs with a lastseen within the last 90 days.
