Duplicate Entries
Currently I can add multiple entries(with all 3 fields having the same data) to 'My Spammers' section. Why is that?

But since adding the spammer to 'My Spammer' list does not allow him to register on my forum again, a condition would not arise where I would have to submit the same spammer's details again.

You are fortunate in this as on another forum I moderate, banned users can return although they cant post etc. so I watch for this as often they use the same login details but their IP changes with each visit so I try to add any new IP I see them use that is not listed, here.

you dont have to submit them again, the facilities are there so that others can add duplicate data.

It's not duplicate as such, the difference is I submit the same username and e-mail BUT the IP differs from previous entries as I check that is is not already recorded on Spambot search tool first.
