New WordPress Plugin

I'm trying to create a WordPress plugin that uses this API to block people. But also, it has a form to allow the admin to report suspicious IPs back to Stop Forum Spam. I did a quick test using the report form and got service is temporarily unavailable back from the API. Does this definitely mean that right now the API isn't available? Or, could something else be going on?

I was going to share a link to the plugin code but I'm a new user and can't share links.

I figured out the problem. I simply wasn't sending the data to the API correctly at first.
