Question about IP Listing

Thanks for such helpful website, We are trying to find out which customer is abusing our internet service,

1) Regarding the date in the IP report, what is its time zone?

2) Can I find the website associated with the evidence?

all times are UTC however there is no guarantee that someone abusing a service was reported in real time
