Stop Forum Spam basic function

Could you advise me please, where I find basic functionality of detection of this Stop Forum Spam system?
I would like to know detail explanation of blocking my innocent home personal IP 213.220.250.193.
I need to know detail informations: 1. Who activate this blocking, 2. Based on what were create this record
I never send any SPAM, I never sent any malicius mail, I never hide my identity.
Based what is this system decide for:
1. Toxic IP address or "bad" email domain
2 TOR exit node
These informations are hiden for blocked users (for me), it seems that anyone can invent them for anybody.
Thank you for clarification, because I do not know now what I can do for to not repeat another blocking.
Are you sure that your system is almost perfect?
If not, it can bring more evil than good.
Thank you for your advise, for direct easy links understendable by ordinery easy people.
I like reasonably functional systems, which correctly fight against spam, because spam is for nothing.

thank you very much for your answer.
You unfortunately did not answered to my questions almost at all.
I am sorry, I cannot consider your StopSpamService as trustworthy, because you and your system suppresed real reasons regarding records in your blacklist. I am sorry but it seems that your service is mystery secret and it cannot be trustwothy.
If you will be not more open, we must put your service and your web IP to blacklist on trustworthy services.

Your lack of understanding about how technology operates, does not require me to explain it.

We have a strict policy against abuse but you didn't bother looking for that, did you?  You just started with the name calling without so much as the slightest of checks

You can use the removal page, or not, that's up to you but don't think for a single minute that we're going to sit here and explain crowd sourced databases.
