I'm the forum admin and I was ban, what the heck ?

Hi,

I'm the forum admin and I've set up myself SFS weeks ago. Today I've tried to register a new account to test the rules for newcomers, and as soon as I've submitted the captcha, I was banned because my IPv4 is said to be in the database ?
And when I come here, it says my ipv6 is ok.

I'm lost. And I want to test my rules ?

if its this IP address that you're coming from now then its not listed in the API

as for the IPv4, I don't have that at hand so you'll either have to PM or test yourself at https://www.stopforumspam.com/api?ip=YOUR.IP4.ADDRESS

AFAIK, there's no captcha with SFS database, so wouldn't it be an issue with the captcha itself ?

Here the result of my IPv4 test :

So I don't understand what happened. And I can see in the history of the events of the forum, other ipv4 were banned from the forum, and, like here the result is the same...

For the captcha, I'm using hCaptcha at the registration step.

are you using a proxy service such as cloudflare/cloudfront where you haven't configured the code to read the correct real client ip?  PM me details and I can look at the data

No CDN, no proxy, nothing special. Just a basic web hosting service. And the ipv4 is really one of my provider.
