IP adres LISTED ON PROXAD/IIARD (FRANCE)

The ip address 213.125.142.106 of our primary school appears to be on the spam list. I have requested several times to remove it, but so far this has not yielded any results.
We solved the problem with the spam sending a few weeks ago.
Can you get this off the list?

I have same problem, my IP: 188.36.121.16 . the WP customer hacked the site. The hacked site removed by me, reported twice for remove IP, but nothing change.
