Help Needed

Hey,

I am new to forum.

Recently I saw 15 comments on my website from 2 IP addresses. Comments were genuine, but they left their url behind.  I deleted url and approved 12 comments.

As all comments were talking about the blog I wrote, thus I replied back too.

This particular website of mine is not doing good online, it is my portfolio website, where i maintain low profile.

I am clueless, how come someone posted content appropriate comments, whereas my post hardly rank anywhere.

Second, one of IP address from those comments reflects as spam IP on this forum.

Third, I noticed I am getting backlink from some unknow with good da website.

Do I delete all comments? what should I do now. Please suggest.

the backlinks are links used to bomb search engines, and once google (etc) figure out what's happened then they'll start to derank you. 

deleting the posts is up to you but deleting the links was a good start

we arent the single source of truth, unlike what many governments see themselves as, so we cant tell you what to do.

AS I am new to this, please guide, will there be any harm to my website if I keep comments from these three malicious Ip addresses?

I again got comment from this user, but with different IP address no.

Is it normal or I am getting more panicky?
