Next weekend I will be tinkering with the new site and bringing it live.  This will impact the sites availability but won't impact to API which will continue to run until I need to refresh all the data.  The refresh process takes about 10 minutes but I'll have the API redirecting to another server for that duration.

Full IPv6 support, country results in the API, ASN details, and lots more to come
