Sharing blocklists for recent dating spam

I have been building information including IP addresses as I follow a trail of compromised accounts. Do others have lists we can share?

This spam seems to be linked to this - https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-68562643
and firewall hits are reduced this week.

The dating ones on existing accts have calmed down

But today lots of Russian sourced ones being created with standard usernames (firstlast) with totally different email addresses which I expect are in those exploited 26billion

Both netblocks are owned by megafon and appear to be assigned to mobile networks.  it sounds like someone got a cheap SIM and is blasting away
