HELP!! 2.3.9 package needed to remove & upgrade SFS

My Lapidaryforum site has the 2.3.9 package, i cannot uninstall it as for some reason the install doesnt show up, but its installed.
Is there a way to get that old package so i can uninstall it and update to the newest SFS on simplemachines?

i have to install 2.3.9 in order to get the uninstalller to work properly. i cannot upgrade SFS otherwise.
