How do I remove my work IP and email from the directory?

I just opened a blogging website and someone put my website name n email here. I have no idea and its quite upsetting for my website. Can someone suggest me a way out? I tried contacting them too.

There is no way that a Nobis data centre IP address will be removed.  To remove it, Nobis, as the IP address owner, would have to request its removal.  Nobis is a decades long record of happily hosting abuse
