Help me with this spammer

Hi guys....I need your help.....im getting hit by this spammer

hfddfdjsjhd@fhddft.com ( keeps changing a letter once banned )
username is :KalkMakyFautt ( although changes each time )

I have banned the other I.P. ADDRESS`S once you guys have them in the listings....but it keeps coming back several times a day....

your thoughts would be welcomed.

Are the IPs all on the same net-block? (e.g. 1.2.x.x)? if so, block the entire net-block

I would ban the @fhddft.com email domain as well.

cheers guys i keep blocking the email ad. but again it comes back with one letter changed.....

It also changes its I.P. ad.and username.....

If you put 203.162.2.136 into the search bar you will get a better picture of whom im talking of.

Just ban 203.162.0.0 - 203.162.8.255

Heavy handed but I really dont need registrations from Veitnam (and before some leftwing nazi hunter goes racist, my wife is Veitnamese)

Ive got all of Russia, China, Korea, Brazil all banned on my site.  If they want in, they can "contact us" me and Ill manually add them but until their governments make it a hanging offense to allow your  machine to be a bot, sc**w them

Uhh make you that you have activate threw mail on as usually they give fake emails anyways...ok not usually but if your lucky lol.
