I'm seeing an increase in registrations from North America (Apache Junction), notably www.nobistech.net/. The IP addresses are never the same and are really too far apart to warrant a wildcard ban
User names and email addresses are always different.
Has anyone else been visited by these people and is it possible to get a list of IP addresses allocated to them?

Use .htaccess, and deny from the entire ubiquity range. They are hosting, not an ISP, so there is absolutely no reason why there should be any traffic from their range.
They are also unresponsive to reports of spamming from their ranges, so that immediately makes them undesirable.
It should be legal to carry an RPG in the car to blast the idiots doing 80km/h in the passing lane out of the way. The same is true for spammers.
