The ip address of "outlook.live.com" is blocked
Hello, my pfSense is using this list of rules: "https://www.stopforumspam.com/downloads/bannedips.zip", it has been protecting my computer, but recently it blocked "outlook.live.com" The IP address: 13.107.42.11. So I came here to feed back this situation.

13.107.42.11 has been removed, and I'm going to investigate who/how/why this evening

Recently, this ip address was blocked again. I cannot log in to "outlook.live.com" again.

Yes indeed: 13.107.42.11. The reporter is using their email address as their username. A good enough reason to ban them in my opinion (warning! humour!). No evidence.

Cleantalk register them as a blog message sender caught by WordPress methods. Presumably someone has their list shared with SFS
