No reply email and 5 day delay?

Hey, I got a simple enough question. My main email got listed on this site, which is preventing me from doing many things. So I went in and tried to remove my entry. I got an error that my IP was not allowed to request removal. Don't know why a Cellular IP would be blocked, but I routed everything through the server that hosts my main email address (headless VPS). This time it seemed to allow it, and said that further instructions would be sent to my email address. 3+ hours later, no message has come. So just to figure out what's going on I tried again and got errors that my IP had already requested removal within the last 5 days and that my address had already been requested for removal within the past 5 days.

Sure, I requested it. But the response said that I would need to follow instructions in an email and I NEVER GOT THAT EMAIL! I even checked the log files, and there is no trace of SFS ever even ATTEMPTING to send me an email. I looked up their MX records, and see all googlemail servers, but when I grep my logs for google, I find nothing. So how the heck do I get my address off this list so I can proceed as normal. It's blocking me from receiving messages from places like SAMBA.ORG for crying out loud.

pedigree has a full-time job & family, but he is very conscientious in application to this site, so please be patient, because it may well take a couple of days for him to even see this issue.

I cant check the logs as you've provided zero information about the email address in hand. without the email address being confirmed then the removal request cannot move to moderation.

The email that you used to signup to SFS does NOT have any problems within our DB.

My bad. I didn't realize I hadn't said the email in question is <redacted>. Of course the email I used to sign up has no issues. If it was listed I couldn't sign up with it. I tried.

Please look into <redacted>. I know it's there as I just searched again and it showed up.

BTW, I just tried again to get it removed in the automated system and it said the IP I was using (2600:100e:b1dd:d155:888a:8480:f5fa:3fac) was not authorized to request removal. The exact message is:

Sorry, errors were found in the information provided

Removal not allowed - Your IP address 2600:100e:b1dd:d155:888a:8480:f5fa:3fac is not allowed to request removal.
Removal not allowed - The requested IP address 2600:100e:b1dd:d155:888a:8480:f5fa:3fac cannot be removed.

But I'm not requesting IP removal. I'm requesting Email address removal. I'll try routing the request through my mail server again.
