My Keys are not working

Hello,
my name ist Jürgen and I am searching a way to save my forum.
For example....how I have to generate a Key from my Kunena Forum?

For which URL I had to create the API Key?
From this one? => www.mydomain.com/de/forum

If yes, it doesn´t works.

Please be so kind and help me.

Possibly the very worst phrase that someone could put into a support forum is "it doesn´t works". Small questions come up, such as "what exactly did you try to do, and what was the error message?". Until you try to give some solid information, nothing will happen in this thread.

PS
The URL you show is fine. 'mydomain.com' would have worked as well. That is not any reason for a problem.

PPS
As long as you have console access at your server you can try to make use of sfsdiag.php, which you will find at this thread in the Tech Shop forum below. Report the results if you cannot get anywhere with it.

Alex is right,it is not clear what does not work. Did you register the site and get a API key ? https://www.stopforumspam.com/keys

You can not get the API key from your forum, you must do that first, Get a API key FOR the forum, then the API key is used in your forum software or the plugin you are using. You MUST manually add the newly generated key, somewhere in the scripts your software uses,I don't know about Kunena Forum software, they should have some kind of support though and would be the ones to ask about details on where to put the API key, after you get one.

I just realized the file at file.io is only supported for 30 days. Hmm.
