How can I request removal of my ip address from this list?

I was trying to register on a Corsair forum and I got a message stating that my ip address was blocked due to being a "known spammer".  I looked up my email address and figured out which forum it was that must have submitted my username/ip address to this site to be blocked. 

Is there a way for me to get this sorted out, as I am definitely not a spammer, just a regular person that is trying to join and be an active member in various forums online.  Thank you.
