Polish regional second-level domains in Toxic Domains List

I noticed that there are a lot of Polish second-level domains in the Toxic Domains (partial name match) list. These are so-called "regional domains". Each one is "allocated" to a particular city or province and commonly used by legitimate businesses and organizations local to that area. They are maintained by the same registry that operates the top-level .PL and you have to pay to register them just like any other domain (they are somewhat cheaper than the top-level .PL but it's not always the case).

Is it correct to keep these domains in the Toxic Domains List? It's basically equivalent to blacklisting the entire TLD.

The regional domains (see also: ):

Re: Polish regional second-level domains in Toxic Domains List gives zero results. Others may well be the same. If any of these domains have spammed from multiple sub-domains then they deserve to remain in the list. If the city or province have allowed that to happen then they suffer for their laxity.

pedigree will make the decision on these. The above is simply my personal reaction.

Re: Polish regional second-level domains in Toxic Domains List

when these were added, they were all being heavily abused.  this is not the case now it seems, so I've removed them.  This doesnt mean that they wont go back into the blacklists if the registrar allows them to be abused in the future
