Hi, My admin account ip is blocked for 24 hours after trying to register a @icloud.com user email. How can I unblock my ip so I can manage my forum?

Re: My admin account IP address is blocked after trying to register a user
Well, it would depend on what forum software it is, and if you have ssh access to the server,
I did the same thing just the other day, running some test, and I banned my IP, ....
I went in via ssh, and found where the banned IP's are, and removed it.
Or just wait the 24 hours. Or, use a different method ,device , or ISP to connect, then the IP would be different.
If your forum is being hosted by some hosting and you do not have ssh access. the support people
at that hosting company should be able to access and could do it for you. There is not really anything we can do , here for you.
The forum software you use should have some documentation that gives you info on where the banned IP's are stored, usually a "cache", in some directory , some where.
This is a example, using phpBB as the example, you would want to replace phpBB with the appropriate type of forum software, IE, fluxbb, Vbulliton, SMF, etc....
Where are the bannned IP's stored on a phpBB forum
So you would access the data base, find the IP in the "phpbb_banlist", edit and remove it.
phpbb_banlist List of banned users. Users can be banned by IP address, by email address, or you can ban a specific user by their user ID.
