Removing a spammer from My Spammers not working

One of my mods accidentally banned a guy that was not a spammer. Normally, I can go to MySpammers, click the minus sign and remove them. However today that's not working. The list of spammers reloads when I click the minus sign, but the "Are you Sure" checkbox doesn't appear and the listing is still there.
