Unable to use removal page

If i write a message in Removal page, i get error message
"Sorry but there was an error when recording your removal request"

This is my problem/message (I use "*" on privacy data):

I'm the owner of ******** an italian fantasy league web-game.
Ip *.*.*.* is a public and shared ip by Vodafone -ADSL.
An user of mine is blocked if Vodafone give him that ip. Could you remove *.*.*.* from your DB?
