The problem with access to the site
2-3 days I get an error when trying to enter the site (Error 403) from my real IP (91.211.132.*) (now i use proxy for access to site).
I would like to hear the administration's response.
(I not understand english, i use Google Translate. Sorry.) (Sorry if there is not created a topic).

Re: The problem with access to the site
So often I've wished I would get a job working Black Ops for INTERPOL. To get rid of these hackers and other internet nuisances in their sleep. What a job lol.

Meowmurmur>> And they once be unblocked?
and
I would like to hear the administration's response.
I am not the administrator, but this information maybe will help you,
I have not looked at the other IP's just this one, the rest is up to you, but as long
as the IPs' continue with abusive attacks, as Pedigree said, they are not likely to get removed or "unblocked"
they launched a DDOS attack
on this site, that is something pretty serious, and based on what I am finding, they are still
continuing with abusive activity, you really can not seriously expect anyone to unblock them ?
http://www.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=91.211.132.19
IP Address 91.211.132.19 is listed in the CBL. It shows signs of being infected with a spam sending trojan, malicious link or some other form of botnet.
It was last detected at 2016-09-12 16:00 GMT (+/- 30 minutes), approximately 11 hours ago.
This IP is infected (or NATting for a computer that is infected) with the Conficker botnet.
More information about Conficker can be obtained from Wikipedia
Please follow these instructions. ----snip----a little more-- Your IP was observed making connections to TCP/IP IP address 38.229.168.192 (a conficker sinkhole) with a destination port 80, source port (for this detection) of 56623 at exactly 2016-09-12 15:38:13 (UTC). All of our detection systems use NTP for time synchronization, so the timestamp should be accurate within one second.
It appears your server or whatever is infected, maybe it is not you doing this, but something or somebody
is using your server to do this, until you clean it up, and "disinfect" it, nobody is going to unblock anything.
I am sorry this has happened to you.
also : I hope my English translates ok on the translator.

Re: The problem with access to the site
As Garry says, if the IP address is hostile and something using that IP address is infected and taking part in a DDoS attack then it won't be removed. The issue is not fixable from here, the network provider needs to address this directly with their customer before their customer gets their providers entire network blocked from the majority of the worlds websites, and then sees all their customers leave.
