Useful suggestions against the forum spambot's spam
I'd like to suggest some useful ideas against the forum spam.
1. One of the best protections is the one of the http://www.stopforumspam.com. The spambots can't assembly the pictures of this kind of captchas.
2. Another good protection is to ask questions like "What is the 2nd letter of the word STOP?", "If you have a brother and two sisters, then how many kids are there in your family?", "Five + 2", "Ten - 9", etc.
3. Selecting pictures, for example selecting only the cats, like these -- http://codeassembly.com/examples/catdogcaptcha.php
4. Combinations of the ones above there.

Yeah except people with poor eye sight might have a hard time with how tiny those pictures are. I have seen better ones out there.
Spammers are attracted to my medical site so I came here.

I always submit "Evidence" as spammers can always say they didn't spam without that proof.
