I need proper answer - spamming

Hi,

I saw you have listed in your site, which is I am spamming.  I CEO of Inaloft software Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.,  Our concern site is [edit - really badly designed]

As I am promoting my site, I am writing about my concern on forums and blogs. So this is fair.

I need proper answer how you are saying I am spamming & who gave you the rights to list my site as spam.

I will take legal action against your web site. If you didn't remove my email id from your list.

Thanks & Regards,
S. Prasanthan(Director)

Re: I need proper answer - spamming

We dont need your permission so I suggest you read up on the US 1st amendment.

Good luck with that lawsuit as well.  Youre about the millionth person to threaten us and so far, the count of lawsuits is 0.  You do realize that you will have to instruct a lawyer in the US and as no law has been broken or even come close to being infringed (felony, criminal or civil) the only result you will have will be a massive bill from a very expensive lawyer and the bill from us for the $200/hour lawyer that we will hire on a no win/no fee basis?  He will come after you...

For someone with an website background, you dont seem to look around very well.  Youre listed here because you spammed, twice, a site that submits data to this database.  Stick your head in a bucket, cool down and ask nicely (or learn how to navigate a site) and you might get what you want.  Coming here, waving around lawsuit threats, like your trying to make yourself big, gets you banned.

Don't you love the idle threats. Please let me know instours of your arrival and court dates. I would love to fly over to watch. Oh and I will pick you up at the airport. Oh what's that it won't be happening. It's amazing how promoting a site without the owners permission is not seen as spam except by those being hit, but the offenders certainly complain when the truth is revealed. THANK YOU for the great work as always sfs for showing people for what they truly are.

You did.

When you sign up for an account on any forum, you agreed to the terms of use and rules set forth by that Web site.  You violated those rules and consequently forfeited any rights granted by that Web site.

I'm sorry that you do not understand that "promoting" your commercial Web site by placing unsolicited, unpaid advertising on someone else's privately owned Web site is spam, but ignorance is no excuse.

Spamming only hurts your Web site and your business.  Please reconsider your promotional practices.

And thank you for your inquiry.
