It's just an automated program registering. Xrumer is the most popular though I'm sure there are dozens if not hundreds out there.

Certain fields they fill out somewhat correctly if it's a default for the big forum packages. Custom fields usually end up with something totally non-relevant (if they are attempting to fill out all fields or if a field is required).

Some spammers leave just about everything blank, some fill in extra profile data.

I don't know why their is such an unusually high % of ICQ UINs being filled out. Most people use AIM, MSN, or Google.... Only old school people use ICQ (or apparently 3rd world countries).

If you feel like doing a little coding, you can do a check to see if the Biography field == 'Man', and if so just auto-ban. I've seen many bots that put that in, must be the default set for some program and most spammers are too lazy to customize.
