From my perspective, my question is there an SEO that is not a spammer? How do you know they are an SEO. If I see SEO in the username or the e-mail address, they automatically get zapped.

Some try to use the profile to get linked onto search engines.
If the IP/login isn't registered here try to Google the login.
That normally gives a lot away...for instance is he recently registered onto a large amount of forums around the same date and has any posts been made on other forums that are spam.

Can you ban or have contact with someone who can.
Can you add logins to Coppa..moderated logins that can post but be seen only by those with the permissions,not on the public forum.
If not these are tools you should ask for.
